After being called as a girlfriend, fiancé, bride and wife, the next role that every woman will hold is a mom. Definitely, the word “mommy” is music to our ears, especially those carrying their first child. When we realized that I was already carrying our first child, my husband started calling me “mommy”. Nothing beats that, as of now... Probably until this little Javier comes out from my tummy and can finally call me “mommy.” Whether called mom, mother, mommy, mama, nanay or inay, the role of being a mom doesn’t vary and starts first thing you realize that you’re pregnant. Though still inside our tummies, we need to make sure that we eat right, drink our meds and move a little slowly. Staying healthy is the best way we take care of our babies until they come out and see everybody.
