Three months before the wedding, Lester and I together with JR and Nilo, did our Engagement shoot in Picasso Boutique Residences. The only requirement we had in mind was the gym.

Yes, love story started getting fit but long before they met, these two people have connection. Way back in college, they had the same school, the same course, same set of professors, and common friends but never knew each other.. But even before they grew up as a kid, they already had something in common - birth dates! Who would've thought that two persons, born exactly one year apart will end up together forever? Only, Him. :)

First Plane Ride

Do you remember the first time you rode the plane? Nowadays, it’s very easy for kids to experience their first plane ride as fares are cheaper. Thanks to budget airlines that once had a vision that every person can ride a plane once in their lives. I took my first plane ride when I was 5 years old. For Parents with Newborn: How to Get More Sleep

Not an expert on this one but I just want to share how we managed Sofia's sleep at night. When people ask me if I'm getting enough sleep since Sofia came, they are always surprised to hear that I get enough sleep ever since. Of course the first few weeks were zombie sleeping but it was just because I need to feed my daughter every 2 hours to stimulate my milk. But Sofia did not really (and is not) give us a hard time to get enough sleep. I've heard some moms whose babies were wide awake and would play in the middle of the night. My daughter never did that. Little Big Thing of the Day: Thermos Cafe

We all know how hot these days have been and our only armor will be water to keep us hydrated. Lately, I have been waking up my husband in the middle of our sleep to get me a glass of water and to turn on our aircon and this has been a habit. My husband’s fat brain (in other words, matabang utak) thought of this brilliant idea to bring a good amount of water upstairs in our room and put the remote of our aircon beside us. To keep the water cold, (I’m sure this preggo doesn’t want to drink warm water when she’s dehydrated) Lester puts out his Thermo Cafe drinking bottle. Don’t get the title wrong, this thermos retains the temperatures of both hot and cold water. For us, we sleep at least six hours and the water is still cold when you wake up even until the afternoon. A good buy, my husband bought this for only a few hundred bucks in New Zealand around three years ago and still works wonders! I think this cost more than a thousand here in Manila but still it’s worth the price....
